Whole Hub or Main Hall & Kitchen Standard Hire:
Hourly rate: £20

Day (10 hour session) rate: £180

Full Day (7am-11pm): £250

Bookings subject to a refundable damages deposit of £50. 

Events/Wedding Hire: 2.5 days exclusive building hire with no public access £400 

plus refundable cleaning/damages deposit of £100

Main Hall bookings for classes:

Hourly rate: £15

Office / Warm Welcome including free WIFI and tea / coffee making facilities
Hourly rate: £10

Fundraising events, local clubs, activities and meetings for Heveningham, Huntingfield & Ubbeston.
Special reduction of 80% available on request to the Trustees.

Residents of Huntingfield, Heveningham and Ubbeston, reduction of 50% 

Regular classes, reduction of 10%

Elections providing access to the main hall from 6am to 11pm: £400  

Additional Hire Charges

Circular tables seating 8 with white linen cloths (max 10) £12 per table 

Projector and screen £30

Staging including setting up and putting away: £25

Cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge
